I started this journey believing I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage because of my poor credit history. I felt deflated and hopeless—until I found Simply Lending Online. From the very first conversation, Shelagh gave me confidence that my goal was achievable. She was patient, truly listened, and explored every option available to me. Together, we found a lender that suited my circumstances perfectly. Kerry then stepped in and made sure I had all the documents I needed, keeping me updated every step of the way. Her support, along with Shelagh’s, turned what could have been a stressful process into something manageable and reassuring. I also want to thank Paige, who was incredibly helpful throughout. Each of them played a vital role in making this happen.

I honestly never thought I’d get a mortgage but these guys did it. What’s more, they listened and understood the situation and did this without making you feel uncomfortable talking about adverse credit. I’m glad I went to them — they sorted out the mortgage and advised me well.

We went to Simply Lending as a last shot, with no hope left in us. John initially dealt with us and had all the confidence we’d lost in getting us a mortgage. John found us a mortgage within days. We were then passed to Chanelle who made the process easy. Every email and question was replied to quickly and we were never made to feel like a burden. Their fees may be a little higher than most, but if that is what it takes to get the deal done it is worth every penny. Trusting a company you choose from a Google search can be a bit of a gamble, however finding Simply Lending is one of my life’s big wins! Navigating through the daunting task of applying for a mortgage with an imperfect credit rating, and being self employed certainly added to the challenge. I contacted Simply on the off chance that they worked with adverse lenders, and got through to Curtis, who under 24 hours got us an agreement in principle secured and answered any questions we had. After taking some information from us, Curtis put our case through to case manager Jackie who took care of the official mortgage application. Jackie was quick and thorough in her approach and was always at the end of the phone with any questions we had, and there were many with us being first time buyers.
